In the framework of the Tempus project “Increasing the Financial Autonomy and accountabIlity at public Higher education institutions in Kosova” the coordination meeting  was held at FH CAMPUS WIEN, on 10-11 May 2016.On the first day of the meeting, 10 May 2016, the main topics were: Clarifying Financial Issues, input by Martina Friedrich, and white paper - first outcome from external Evaluation and Feedback from partners. Also a presentation was delivered:
·         Planning of the 2nd National Conference – Presentation by K-CIRT/WUS Kosova
On the second day, 11 May 2016, the following presentations were delivered:
·         Midreview – Institutional Workshops/Action Plan – Presentation of the status quo by University of Prishtina, University of Prizren and University of Peja
·         Mid review – Online Coaching – Presentation of the status quo, obstacles and suggestions for improvement by University of Alicante
·         Status Quo project implementation – Presentation by FH Campus Wien
The aim of the meeting was to discuss about the next steps and the finalization of the project.
