In the framework of the project “Increasing the financial autonomy and accountability at public Higher education institutions in Kosova” a workshop on further development of White Paper was held at Boge, Peja in Kosova, on July 10 – 12, 2015.
The event started with the welcome speeches which were given by:

• Drita Kadriu – Director of Higher Education Department, Ministry of Education, Science  and Technology of Kosovo
• Representative of University of Prishtina „Hasan Prishtina“
• Representative of University „Haxhi Zeka“ Peje
• Representative of University of Prizren „Ukshin Hoti“.

The session continued with a presentation of the methodology which would be used in this workshop, which was delivered by Ms. Drita Kadriu and Prof. Dr. But Dedaj. In addition to this, also were discussed the objectives and expected outcomes of this workshop. Furthermore, the participants were separated into four groups. During the workshop, each of the group worked in a specific issue of the White Paper.
In the next day of the workshop, participants discussed further development of White Paper. Each of the participants asked questions and contributed significantly in the discussion by providing their opinions, experiences and exchanging ideas on the higher education institutions and autonomy, and fundraising.
The second day ended with a Wrap-up session where was done a summary of the topics which were covered by the participants.
The third day of the workshop started by continuing the discussion on further development of the White Paper. Each of the participants continued to give their inputs in this eventin order to achieve the necessary results in the workshop, while giving their ideas on how to develop further the White Paper. At the end of the day, a draft of the final White Paper was done.
In addition to this, a plenary session was held, where were discussed the achieved results in this workshop. The workshop resulted on further development of  White Paper.
Furthermore in the end of the workshop participants discussed the next steps that will be taken for the FAITH project.
