Within the framework of the TEMPUS Project: “Increasing the Financial Autonomy and accountability at public Higher education institutions in Kosova”, training for the staff of University of Prizren “Ukshin Hoti” on the use of the new software on “Management of Budget and Finance” was held on 28th June, 2016. The target group for the training was: Vice Deans for Finance; staff of the IT Department; Staff of the Finance Department and Education officers.
The officers present in the training were taught how to use the new system and had the chance to ask any question regarding the new installed system.  The current challenge of UPZ is that it has a limited human resource available. Thus it will be discussed with the management of UPZ about who will get access to the system according to their plan of the university. 
The University has access to the manual on the user of the software which is uploaded in the system and in the project webpage as well.
Moreover, officers can provide feedback regarding the system and modules.
