Peja. On 29th June, 2016, training for the staff of University of Peja “Haxhi Zeka” on the use of the new software on “Management of Budget and Finance were held within the TEMPUS Project: “Increasing the Financial Autonomy and accountability at public Higher education institutions in Kosova”. The target group was: Vice Deans for Finance; staff of the IT Department; Staff of the Finance Department; Education officers.
The present officers were taught by the members of the training team on the use of the new system. The trial phase will last until September 30, and during this time the authorized officers will have time to test the new software and also provide feedback. Based on their requests and their feedback, changes and modifications will be made.
In addition, the system will start its implementation on October 1, 2016.
